Frederic Craig takes pride in the products we create. If
there is a problem with any Frederic Craig
product due to quality of manufacture or misrepresentation,
Frederic Craig will replace this
product upon prompt return. Please e-mail or call our
Customer Service department within 48
hours of receipt of your product.
2.)
Frederic Craig will determine whether a defect exists and
whether replacement or refund are
appropriate. No refund will be issued without return of the
product in question.
3.)
Frederic Craig will not be responsible for any damage to the
product received as a result of shipping
mishaps or accidents. Please submit shipping claims to the
shipper responsible.

and will make every reasonable effort
